Our lithium high-voltage batteries (LiHV) were specifically engineered for the Duotone Foil Assist system and ensure consistent power output throughout use, providing reliable and powerful assistance for a fun ride.

Please note that you need to plug in two batteries to make the Foil Assist work.

Designed with travel in mind, our batteries comply with air travel regulations, featuring a capacity of 159.6 Wh - just under the 160 Wh limit for air transport*. This means you can take your Foil Assist system anywhere, opening up access to new spots you never imagined and making your foiling experience truly limitless.

We advise investing in an additional set of batteries. This allows you to extend your foil sessions, making them last as long  as you do.

Battery Charger Set (40260-6700)

The charger is specifically designed for the Foil Assist batteries and can hold up to two batteries at once. Charge your batteries in just one hour and be back on the water in no time. If you don't plan to use the batteries again that day, we recommend charging or discharging them to about 50% (2-3 LED lights). This prevents over-discharge and ensures they last longer. Another advantage of this charge level is that you will need less time to fully recharge the batteries. The charger set includes a docking station and an adapter cable. The docking station has only three buttons, making it very easy to use. You will find an instruction sticker on it that explains how to charge or discharge the batteries. The indicator lights, as well as the blinking LED lights on the batteries, inform you whether the batteries are being charged or discharged and what their charge level is. To ensure you can easily plug the charger into your outlet, it comes with a suitable plug for your region (EU, USA, Australia, Brazil, and the United Kingdom).

The Smart Charger was specially designed for our Duotone Foil Assist batteries. Combining efficiency and simplicity, this charger ensures that you get the most out of your batteries with every charge.

Battery Charger Adapter (40260-6702)
The adapter is part of the battery charger set and comes with a regional plug suitable for specific regions, including the EU, US, Australia, Brazil, and the United Kingdom. It features a reliable fast charging adapter as well as an LED light that indicates when the charger is connected to power and when the batteries are charging.

The battery runtime depends on several factors, including your skill level, weight, riding conditions, board size, used speed level and the efficiency of the foil you have mounted; it ranges between 30 and 60 minutes.

FAST-CHARGING MODE AND CHARGING TIME

The Smart Charger features a fast-charging mode that allows you to charge your batteries quickly (in approx. 1 hour) and effectively, getting you back on the water in no time.

"MID" STORAGE MODE  

For those times when the batteries won't be in use for an extended period, the "MID" storage mode keeps your batteries at an optimal charge level. This ensures their health and safety, preventing over-discharge.
